Description
Are you a new 21st CCLC program leader, or someone looking for a refresher on what it takes to run a successful 21st CCLC program? Join the 21st CCLC National Technical Assistance Center (NTAC) team for this three-part series, where we’ll share best practices and approaches for structuring your program from the ground up. We’ll start by examining the purpose and goals of the 21st CCLC grant program. Next, we’ll share best practices for managing all the moving parts of your program. We’ll wrap up the series by exploring strategies and resources for intentionally designing activities. Participants will have opportunities to interact with facilitators in real time to ask their most pressing questions and share their own successful strategies with others.
